At The Darling Dachshund, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, please email us at dachshunddiva@proton.me with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Conditions

Items must be in their original packaging, in new, unused, and resellable condition.

Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or wear may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS or UPS) when returning your items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as final sale products, gift cards, or personalized/customized items, cannot be returned. These will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
