At The Darling Dachshund, our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Every item is thoughtfully packaged and shipped with care, so you can enjoy your dachshund-inspired treasures from the moment they arrive.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
- We currently ship orders within the United States only.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once processed.
- We use USPS and UPS as our shipping providers.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website or at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
- If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please email us at dachshunddiva@proton.me.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- The Darling Dachshund is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at dachshunddiva@proton.me with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
